Bookkeeper - Maternity Leave Replacement
About The Position
We are looking for a temporary Bookkeeper to join our finance team (a maternity leave replacement for 9 months)
· Responsible for AR balances, invoicing, and collections.
· Oversee vendor processes from invoice to payment.
· Cash flow reporting and tracking.
· Responsible for statutory submissions (Taxes, VAT).
· Maintain the Fixed Assets ledger.
· Assist in the preparation of the quarterly closing and annual audit (accrued, prepaid and I/C).
· Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested.
· 5+ years’ experience as a bookkeeper (High-tech companies experience - significant advantage).
· Highly Motivated and devoted - someone who’s eager to learn new things and develop in a growing team.
· Highly organized.
· Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
· Interpersonal skills and high teamwork ability.
· Proactive attitude to complete tasks on tight schedule.
· High level of English.
· Netsuite knowledge – significant advantage.
