 We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure business growth. The Customer Success Manager will be the focal point for our customers’ every need, acting as their trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of their business and helping align our solutions with their needs.


·        Identify business opportunities, build & pursue customer growth and focus on business results.

·        Fix customer issues before they happen. Proactively look out for customers’ needs, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products.

·        Manage relationships with clients’ stakeholders, from senior leadership through management and users.

·        Contribute to positive customer experience - take full e2e accountability for meeting business results, increasing usage, renewals, and driving long-term customer satisfaction.

·        Continuously introduce the customer to new technologies and capabilities, ensuring the value that clients maximize their return on investment.

·        Manage effective dialog with both clients’ executive leadership as well as mid-level management and platform’s users.

·        Develop processes for increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.


·        Knowledge in the field of OSINT and/or investigation.

·        Experience as an Analyst in an Intelligence force.

·        Ability to solve problems and excellent analytical skills.

·        Excellent customer and communication capabilities with the ability to animate and motivate customers.

·        Ability to work effectively in the team and remotely.

·        Motivated, energetic, hungry to succeed, and able to generate excitement on a regular basis.

·        Strong English and experience in the Arabic language.
